Biography: Dr. Chen Chen received the Ph.D. degrees in communication engineering from Xiamen University on 2018/12. She is currently an associate professor of Huaqiao University, China. She has published more than 30 referred journal and conference papers in joint source and channel coding and coded modulation. Her research interests include information and coding theory, Internet of Things, semantic communication, etc.
