Biography: Shuaihe GAO is a professor of National Time Service Center, the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is the high-level talent in Shaanxi Province and Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has presided over national major tasks and won 5 provincial and ministerial level rewards. His research interests include satellite navigation, satellite communication and spatial time-frequency technology.
